[MR] Request from Triton to Newly Warranted heralds.

Well, it happened to me.  I've seen it happen to others, but I didn't think it would happen to me.  My computer hiccoughed and I lost all the collected information I had for heralds who requested their warrants within the past year.

So, if you requested a warrant within the past calendar year (2002 AD), or know someone who has, could you please re-send me your contact information so I can re-build my database.
