[MR] MoL procedures for martial classes at University

Good Gentles,

Lady Emma, Kingdom Minister if the Lists, and I have been working on
tightening up the MoL process at University. We are trying a new procedure.

Simply put, *students* who wish to participate in fighting in the rapier and
heavy classes must obtain a pass from the MoL table in the central area.
*Teachers* are asked to be sure that anyone actually fighting has a pass.
Any that do not have a pass may return to the MoL table to get one or simply
observe the class without fighting.

Please pass this on to any other lists as you see fit.
