for those of you that were interested in the bods decision regarding hrm
andreas' receiving the title of duke following the end of his current
reign and his modern obligations and deployment for military duty the
bod has reached a decision:




His Majesty Andreas of the East, who was deployed to Southwest Asia
unexpectedly a few weeks ago, will indeed receive the title of Duke,
effective at his successors' coronation (there is, after all, still the
faint chance he will be allowed to return home and it will be moot).
The Board received overwhelming support for this, with only 2 or 3
letters opposed to it out of over 200 received


i would like to thank all of those citizens of atlantia that wrote in
with their support for his majesty.  i doubt there was ever any real
opposition to his receiving his just station but your support certainly
helped in this noble endeavor.
