On behalf of Their Most Royal Majesties, King Cuan and Queen Padraigin,
and Their Most Noble Excellencies of Black Diamond do I send greetings
unto all those to whom this missive comes.

On the 25th of January, AS 37 (2003 AD), Their Majesties went to the
chilly, snow dusted hills of fair Black Diamond to celebrate the
barony's anniversary and to Invest their new Guardians of their lands,
the New Baron and Baroness.

While in these fair, snowy, and breezy hills, their Majesties held
several courts, where they conducted miriad pieces of Business, as did
Their Excellencies of Black Diamond.  Here follows a record of such
business:

First Royal Court:

*    Following the closure of Baronial Court, Their Majesties thanked
Baron Vladimir of Eztergom (Black Diamond) for the effort and enrgy he
had put into the governing of the Barony over the previous three years,
and were minded to bestow this sacred charge upon Lord Edwin Bilgewater
and Lady Giovanna Pandolfini.
