[MR] Important information about feast at KASF

Greetings from the autocrat for Atlantia's Kingdom Arts & Sciences
Festival, Master Eldred AElfwald!

Although it is slightly more than one month away, we are preparing
to make the final decision on the number of seats available for
feast at KASF.  At the moment, we only have 10 reservations in hand.
If you are planning to attend KASF and would like to be on-board for
feast, please send in your reservations by February 1st.  If we
do not receive many more by that time, we will cut back the feast
space.
