[MR] University Pole Arm Class

Greetings.

I am seeking information about the basic pole arms class at the University in Isenfir. If Finn Kirkpatrick or Tascius Severus Fabius are not in the tavern, can someone who knows there whereabouts please forward this to them?

I have a newcomer friend (University will be first event from him and his wife) who is very interested in pole arms and wants to attend the class to learn what he can. As it is a beginners class, I assume he does not need to be authorized???? He specifically asks if he needs armor?
