[MR] University update

[University Chancellor]

Good Gentles,

The University Registrar has informed me that three classes are already full
for the Feb. 1 University session in Isenfir. They are hands-on classes on
Sprang, Knitting and Warp Weighted Loom.

A few classes have been cancelled. They are Mosaics, History of Western
Needlework, Use of Bucklers, Basic Middle Eastern Garb.

These classes have been added: Safety First, History of Middle Eastern
Dance, Target Archery Marshal Training, Flags Won't Eat You(equestrian).
