Unto Her Excellency, Johanna, Baroness of Storvik, Lord
Michael Batcok, Triton Herald, Mistress Morderyn Tremayne,
Clerk of Precedence of Atlantia, Lord Arbogast of
Diedenhofen, Chronicler of Storvik, & all others who read these
letters, from Dom Pedro de Alcazar, Drekkar Herald, greetings.

There were two baronial courts held at Storvik's Yule Revel held
on 4 January AS 36

At the first court (expertly heralded by one Riocard
O'Donnghaile):

1) Andrew Rorikson retired from the office of the Principal of
the Faerings & transferred the token of office to Graham.

2) Nina of the Lost Caverns retired from the office of
Chatelaine & transferred her tabard of office to Gwenllian ferch
Rhys ap Daffydd.

At the second court:

1) Lord Paganus Grimlove, ambassador of Caid, presented her
excellency with the request of his king and queen, to wit: That
she, in token of the friendship between Caid & Storvik, send aid
to the Caidan army. To which she responded that while she could
not go to them in person, she encouraged such as were willing to
go to the aid of Caid.

2) Lord Sylvanus Perrin presented his tokens of appreciation to
those gentlemen who excelled all others in his challenge of sixty
fights in sixty days.

3) Master Herveus paid his annual taxes to her excellency.

4) Dom Pedro de Alcazar was throughly sand-bagged <grin> by being
inducted into the Order of the Owl.

5) Orlaith of Storvik & Muriel McLelland were inducted into the
Order of the Lozulet of Storvik.

6) Mor Fhionn, the autocrat, came forth to list the winners of
the dessert contests:

o best period dessert: Muriel McLelland

o best non-period dessert: Celia Rosedale & Marsali Johnstone

7) The children of Storvik came forward to display the heraldic
art which they had been working on all day.

8) The arrival of one Pere Noel was announced.

The second court was then concluded.
