[MR] Non-Member Surcharge Transmittal Forms Available On-Line

For the benefit of those whose email readers may have stripped out the
attachment from the message Tirloch sent with the form for transmitting
Non-Member Surcharges, I have uploaded the Report Forms for 2002 to the
Atlantian Exchequers Egroup.  You can find them at
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/AtlantianExchequers/files/, though you will
have to join the group if you are not already a member.  (These forms
should also be available shortly on the Atlantian Exchequer's web site at
http://exchequer.atlantia.sca.org/forms.html.)

This form is a Word document which will allow you to transmit the required
information with your cheque made out to Kingdom of Atlantia, SCA Inc. to
the designated Atlantian deputy:

Remember that the check with report must be sent to her within 14 days of
the event and that a copy of the report (NOT the check!!!) should be sent
to your regional exchequer.

And, to reiterate previous information circulated by Briana and from the
National Exchequer's directives, national requirements do NOT require the
Non-Member Surcharge of $3 to be paid for any minor who has been allowed a
discounted admission fee or for anyone at an event for which there is no
fee to attend.
