[MR] Exchequer Report Forms for 2002 Now Available On Line

At Briana's request I have uploaded the Report Forms for 2002 to the
Atlantian Exchequers Egroup.  You can find them at
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/AtlantianExchequers/files/, though you will
have to join the group if you are not already a member.  (These forms
should also be available shortly on the Atlantian Exchequer's web site at
http://exchequer.atlantia.sca.org/forms.html.)

The forms have been provided in two formats: PDF and XLS.  The former can
be opened and printed through Acrobat Reader by almost any computer and
then filled in manually.  The latter is a spreadsheet that can be opened in
Excel or any other spreadsheet software that will open Excel-compatible
files and filled in on the computer for emailing or printing out and
mailing to your regional exchequer.

Please note that there is an additional sheet in this set of forms which
provides for tracking dedicated funds used by the reporting group.  If you
do not have any dedicated or "restricted" funds you do not have to use
this.  However, if your group is holding funds for a special purpose (e.g.,
regalia purchase fund) or holds funds for an incipient group, you should
fill out and include a copy of this sheet with your report.
