Would you Please pass the following announcement to your Local Archery
Officers.  It is our goal to provide as many Prize Shoot as possible in that
one day.

If you are not the Principal Archery Officer please forward the missive to
him/her.

It is our pleasure to cordinate the Prize shoots for Estrella War XIX.  This
year on Sunday, Febuary 16, 2003, there will be a range avaliable to any
Kingdom, Barony, Shire, Canton, March, College, Household or individual
that wishes to sponsor a prize shoot.

As in the past you will be able to use any target stand that is not in use
for the Known World Champion.
