Please don't. See below for why.

This may have been a true story once upon a time, but it is one of the
CLASSIC "foaf" (friend of a friend) Urban Legends, has been floating
around the Internet and other such media for literally decades, and has
contained many different recipes.
Before forwarding ANYTHING that says to do so (which is usually a good
tipoff that it is a hoax or possibly a scam), check for info about it on
the web. (Of course, one or two sites "confirming" it is not enough; in
the case of at least *classic* Urban Legends, there should be dozens of
sites debunking it.) Good sites for this include urbanlegends.about.com
and snopes.com. Using Google to search for "Neiman-Marcus cookie
recipe" (w/o quotes) yields among the top ten, such sites as:
http://bl.net/forwards/cookie.html
http://www.texascooking.com/features/may99redvelvet.htm
http://www.snopes2.com/business/consumer/cookie.htm
http://www.english.uga.edu/~clandrum/example_html/urban.example.html
http://www.cnet.com/techtrends/0-7311128-8-7150402-1.html
http://urbanlegends.about.com/library/blbyol19.htm
http://www.f-secure.com/hoaxes/cookiecl.shtml
and http://www.neimanmarcus.com/store/service/nmAbout.jhtml where NM
gives out a (if not the) cookie recipe absolutely FREE (at least now).
