With all the discussion on posting feasts.  I know one thing that would be very helpful to me as a parent in determining which event I would attend if several fell on the same week-end or even if I would attend an event at all, would be what types of children's activities were going on.  My child is very young now, but I have friends that are just starting to play who have two children who want to know what kinds of activities are going to be available to them.  I am not sure which group it was that recently posted a detailed offering of their children's events, but it was very thoughtful for those of us who have children.  Happy involved children tend to behave better than bored ones and if an event is going to have scanty or few children's activities I would just as soon know beforehand and save both myself and everyone else the agony of several bored kids.
