[MR] when pressed for time and space as a judge

I hate most forms.  I really enjoy formless judging
where you use a simple ranking system for points and
cards for comments.

However when I'm forced to use those #$%#$)%*($ forms
while judging a competition, I always do the ranking
thing, then use the back of the form for my real
comments so I can say what I really want to say.  I'm
amazed that I never have to compete for space back
there.  And I usually include a phone number and/or an
email address in the comments.
