You mean like a class, taught at University last October:
508 A&S Competitions and Displays: How to give and take criticism (Simone de Barjavel & Anne of Carthew)

Class description: "Have you heard the horror-stories of the A&S competition(s) that ended in tears? We have! This will an interactive discussion of how to best provide criticism if you are judging, and how to get value out of the criticism if you are competing. Will count for A&S officer training."

Alas, work then prevented me from helping teach this class, but Duchess Simone found some lovely help. The class was aimed at addressing exactly the issues we've been discussing today.

My best to all of you!
Mistress Anne
