[MR] Sort of OT gender of oriental names

The purpose is OT but the subject isn't all that
unusual for you heralds out there!

I have some temp work at NCState where I have to guess
the gender of applicants.  These folks by law aren't
allowed to ask these candidates what their gender is
but they're required to report on the percentage of
m/f applicants and percentage of applicants from each
race, etc. to their HR department.

So do you heralds have any web sites where I could
enter a name and it could tell me what nationality the
name is and what gender the name is?

Granted a lot of these names are going to be unisex
and cross cultural but the littlest bit will help.
All I can find are baby name web sites and they only
list the most popular names.
