 Could we maybe compromise?  Sure put the flyer up after the Acorn has gone out.  As soon as the event form comes in can you post the stuff that goes on the front page of the calendar (Event name, group and town/state) at least?  Then maybe, depending on how much work it takes, maybe have a page where the flyer will eventually go that lists Autocrat contact information, and the most basic site/cost information?  Kind of like the East Kingdom's page for the events that are listed as Incomplete?  Orlaith - who sees both sidesP.S. speaking of the East Kingdom's page, have you looked at the Royals pages?  I think this idea is too cool for words.
