Greetings all!
I wanted to take a moment and remind folks of a special opportunity in Isenfir
on March 15th. For those of you not off in foreign lands that day, Isenfir is
proud to be hosting an exciting, in-depth workshop on 16th C. Italian dance
(arguably the most beautiful, interesting and fun of all the dancing that's
period for the SCA), run by a renowned teacher traveling all the way from
Connecticut solely to do this for us! Come and attend a Lesson at the Palace
(una Lezione al Palazzo)!
Note that this is a workshop for both beginners and more advanced dancers.
She'll start from the ground up, and by 6:00 you'll be a Really Good Dancer
(tm). If you've ever wanted to try out dancing but wanted more than a 45 minute
intro, here's your chance! If you like to dance and want to expand your
repertoire and improve your style, we're here for you!
All the details for the event are available at http://isenfir.org/lezione.
Because this IS a relatively small event, and because we're providing more food
than you can possibly eat to keep you going all day long, I humbly request that
if you'd like to attend (and who wouldn't? :), please reserve. We won't turn
you away at the door (unless things keep filling up like they have been), but
it'd be a great courtesy for those of us planning the food.
This a rare opportunity, not to be missed! Please feel free to contact me with
any questions. We in Isenfir are here to attend to your dancing needs! :)
