The Tempore was set up to allow for specific, rotating
themes--but not themes that are centrally determined!
That's why we allowed for sponsored prizes. So, if you
want to see something highlighted at the competition,
take responsibility for it and sponsor the prize.
Guilds can do this, people can do this, even fat old
former officers can do this. That's why I'm sponsoring
a prize at the next Tempore, for Byzantine or middle
eastern clothing.  Ooh, I better remember to tell
James that!
