Is competition an integral part of the medieval
educational experience or synanamous with A&S
activity? Is not liking competition a failure of
character similar to being discourteous, that it needs
the diligence of the populace to correct it? Why can't
we just say, "some folk like competition and some folk
don't". Or "some folk handle criticism and failure
better than others", if you like. How does this
anti-competition attitude fail you to the point that
you must post about it in multiple forums?
So my advice is, spend your energy on something that
will have positive fruit. Like working towards the
next competition that you are interested in.
