Field space at Ymir will go quickly.   You may reserve
your field space after you have made your paid
reservations for the event.   Preferential placement
on the filed will be given to period day shades.  If
you want to have your day shade on the field you need
to send me the following information.

Foot print of pavilion
Type of pavilion. IE-period pavilion, covered modern,
EZ-Up, uncovered modern
Field side preference (rapier or heavy)
