[MR] Coral Branch/Bright Leaf question

It is my understanding that the name Bright Leaf was recently replaced by 
the name Coral Branch.  Can anyone confirm this?  Is it official or still 
being discussed/researched?

On a related note, I would like to know what becomes of the gentles who were 
already awarded the Bright Leaf and recieved scrolls.  Would/should new 
scrolls be made to replace the old?  Or would that be grandfathered?
