[MR] Regarding e-mail attachments

Greetings Atlantia from your Prince and Princess,

We write today about a thoroughly modern subject - e-mail attachments.  High
technology has not yet reached all areas of our kingdom, and we are limited
to dailup internet access.  This means we are not able to receive large
attachments without hanging up our connection for (quite literally) hours.
Please do not send us e-mails greater than 50kb per message.  If you need us
to review something larger, please contact us about an alternative method of
receiving your information.  We do not wish to miss out on information you
feel is important for us to review, but will have to delete unread messages
over this size limit.
