[MR] Heavy Fighting at Ymir

Seems to me that the same announcement was made last year and because of the 
large # of fighters that didn't want to / couldn't fight those weapons forms 
they went ahead and had a regular tourney.  Can we get some kind of 
definitive statement ahead of time this time?
