This may have come up briefly in Curia but I don't remember what became of 
it. The Golden Dolphin Herald's office may have more information.

No, repeat *NO* official scrolls should ever have been made for this order 
until the name was registered. (The point being to avoid situations just 
like this one.) Should one have been made it will likely need to be 
replaced *AFTER* the new name is registered.

Promissories, on the other hand, should be fine as is, no need to replace 
them.
