"Semper hic sumus" is about the simplest way I can think of, too, for
"we are always here." 

"We are always found here," if you like using the verb "to find" in the
expression, is literally "Semper hic invenimur." 

For an active voice instead of a passive one, "you (plural) will always
find us here" would be "Semper hic nos invenietis." Again, the "v" is
pronounced "w." There would be a horizontal lines above the "o" in
"nos" and the second e in invenietis, too. This is a spelling
convention that denotes accented, long vowels (o as in nose; e like an
English long a, as in "hay").
