[MR] hurricane crash space sheet

We're in the heart of hurricane season but thankfully
this has been a weak year for serious threats.  This
is just to remind you that I still have the list of
volunteers offering crash space to those getting
evacuated because of hurricanes or other flooding.  It
includes volunteers from all parts of the kingdom.
