[MR] Long term Pennsic Merchant thrown out without warning

When I went by the booth I saw a youth approx. 10 years old, unaccompanied, 
shooting a crossbow at the side flap of the booth.  I was a little 
surprised.  I was also not the only person seeing such at differing times of 
day.  I make no judgement, just state what I saw.
