Greetings from the MiC for Feast of the Thirty

In keeping with the idea of interelating the field activities for this
event, the contests for the day shall run as follows:

Grand Melees (Heavy Combat)
These will be fought three times. The winning side will assure that
their compatriots inside the town of Ploermel are allowed to carry
their arms freely within the city.

Rebellion within the Town (Rapier Combat)
The Town fight shall follow three scenarios-
The Tavern Brawl- the winning side from the Grand Melees will be fully
armed, the losing side will start with short arms and parrying devices
only.
Street Fighting- the winning side from the Tavern Brawl will have
superior placement for this scenario.
The Gate Battle- the winner of this scenario will determine whether the
gates of Ploermel are open or closed for the assault on the town.

Table Top Seige Engine
The winning side of this contest will control the walls for the final
assaults. The loosing team will not be able to strike over the
ramparts.

The Target Archery Competition
The winning side from this contest will have an advantage in combat
archery for the final assault.

These activities will encourage the participation of Heavy Fighters,
Rapier Fighters, Combat and Target Archers, and A&S competitors (for
the Table Top Seige Engines). You should come expecting a full day’s
activities with the added fun of a Ladies’ Pillow Tourney and the now
traditional Ladies’ Combat Archery Demo.
