If the piece was written for a horn without valves then it's not that much
more difficult. Otherwise it is bloody impossible.

OTOH, many Baroque trumpet pieces were actually written for tenor or bass
trumpet playing in the stratospheric harmonics.... now there you'd need
only really good lip articulation, but you'd need to find an instrument!
