[MR] Secrecy

I've finally decided to weigh in on the secrecy thing....

In general, I like to be surprised, when it is for me.

When it is for a member of my family or a close friend, I want to be in on
the surprise. I'm a craftsperson; I spin, weave, dye, embroider, etc. If I'm
given a little bit of advanced warning, I can make a medallion or piece of
the outfit (if it's a Pelican or a Laurel) for the individual receiving the
award. My Golden Dolphin medallion is special to me because of what it
represents; it would be even more special had my sister, my cousin, or any
number of friends taken part in it's creation. It would not only represent
what my peers thought of my activities, but it would also represent the
regard that my friends and family had for me.
