[MR] [HERALDRY] Laurel PENDS for January, 2003

Just to reassure the submitters in question, until they receive the letters
that went out today, they need take no further action or provide any
further information (apart from sending me new addresses if they move!!!)
as all three items were pended for technical reasons which prevented the
College of Arms from properly checking for conflict.
