If this is the case then you need to write to the Board of Directors
*now*.  They will be meeting in Milwaukee this coming weekend, and will
probably be asked to approve this policy decision.  Note that if it
*is* really a safety issue you will definitely need to show that there
really isn't a problem with the blunts as used before this ruling.
