My apologies if you receive this more than once.

Greetings from the Earl Marshal!!

Waiver guidelines are nothing to be scoffed at. In demonstration of
that perfect truth, the following groups are suspended as of December 1,
2002, and may not hold events, or even official practices, with any
activities administered by the Office of the Earl Marshal(i.e. heavy,
rapier, combat archery, thrown weapons, target archery, hounds,
equestrian, etc.). Further, since no activity can take place, we won't
need marshals there and all marshals residing in these locales will have
their warrants suspended until this requirement is fulfilled:

For Non-compliance with the 1st and 2nd Quarters:
Falcon Cree Highland Foorde Hindscroft
Sacred Stone Stierbach Tarvin
Tear Sea's Shore Tir-y-Don

(Note: 3rd Quarter from Tir-y-Don, and working on getting 1st and 2nd Quarters from them)

The following groups have not fulfilled 2nd quarter requirements and have until January 1, 2003 to be in full compliance of the waiver policies, or face suspension:

Baelfire Dunn Bright Hills Cathanar
Charlesbury Crossing Crannog Mor Lochmere
Lochsheen Marinus Misty Marsh by the Sea
Nottinghill Coill Roxbury Mill St. George's

3rd Quarter reports will be due by the receipt of this letter. Your group will be suspended as of January 1, 2003 if you do not fulfill the requirements. If you have already submitted fighter practice waivers for these quarters, and have received confirmation of this from the
Kingdom Waiver Secretary, then you may disregard this notice.

Some groups listed here have events scheduled in the near future. Your
event is not necessarily in jeopardy and you may be granted an
extension; however, no suspension will be lifted by the Office of the
Earl Marshal without the concurrence of the Kingdom Waiver Secretary,
Lady Ilse von Brenner. For more information, visit
http://seneschal.atlantia.sca.org/waivers.htm .

Note: There are many on this list. Please limit communications with
the Waiver Secretary to the Seneschal of your locale, or their
designated representatives.

In Service,

Sir Rodrigo Falcone
Earl Marshal, Atlantia
