[MR] Crown Tourney special announcement

Many members of the SCA have at one time or another either purchased a pair
of gillies from Medieval Moccasins or at least stopped by the small shop in
the merchant area of Pennsic or at the Maryland Renaissance Festival.  If
you were lucky enough, you made an acquaintance with Zeke and his wonderful
wife Molly O’Connell, long time members of the Barony of Bright Hills,
Kingdom of Atlantia.  Earlier this year Molly’s long fight against cancer
was lost and the SCA lost an enchanting woman.  No matter what her problems
were she always had a smile, well wish and just an ear for those needing to
talk.  In her long battle many of the couples savings, property and income
was lost to medical bills, making the loss of his wife and everything else
in his life extremely difficult on Zeke.

In an attempt to aid Zeke recover from these hard times, a quilt was created
and will be raffled off at Crown Tournament in the Barony of Bright Hills.
Raffle Tickets will be sold at $2.00 per ticket or $5.00 for three.  The
quilt is over 60”x 60” with embroidered blocks representing the Renaissance.
  This project was designed and created in a group effort by Baroness
Barbara Giomaria Di Roberto, M’lady Nan of Bright Hills, Seamstress and
proprietor of Very Personally Yours, Lady Alexandria Wright and Lady Daniela
Schwartzhaupt.  The quilt will be on display during Crown Tournament.
Announcement of the winner will be announced at their Majesties approved
time.
