[MR] New Atlantian Rapier Rules

Everyone,

As THL Vyvyan has so kindly provided me with electronic copies of the
latest rapier rules, I have put them up on the Academie d'Espee web
site in downloadable format.  They can be found in the West Wing -
Atlantian Laws, Treaties and Rules.

You can get them in Word or Acrobat format.  I'll get around to a Web
version sometime, unless someone wants to volunteer for this and
send me the completed web page.
