[MR] Queen's Arms Change Polling Results and Resolution

Greetings to the populace of Atlantia from the Triton Herald.

A polling was initiated to ask the opinion of the populace toward changing
the arms of the Consort of Atlantia (Queen) by replacing the escallop shell
with a crown vallery.  The results of the polling were in favor of making the
change and with this show of support for the idea Their Majesties of Atlantia
are minded to make that change an item on the agenda for their upcoming Curia
at Crown Tournament. This change would have the arms of the consort be: Per
pale argent and azure, on a fess wavy cotised counterchanged a crown vallery
Or, overall a wreath of roses proper.

Now for the fun; I need someone skilled to draw and scan or create
electronically a valid depiction of this device.  The easy way would probably
be to draw a fresh copy.  However, for those with the skill, an alternative
may be to either overlay a crown on a depiction of the existing Queen's Arms
or overlay a wreath on a depiction of the existing Kingdom Arms.  However it
is done, the depiction must be accurately reproducible to scale for the
heraldic submission form.

I'd do it myself, but I'm not skilled enough (if you saw what I did for the
pollings, you would know what I mean).  This is some lucky person's chance to
step up and gain acclaim for your drawing skill.  Please contact me privately
