the most current update.... roads are open and traffic no more congested then
usual

the road blocks have been lifted, since late this afternoon.  If you are
concerned for safety in this area,,, the suggeston we have been giving people
who call in is not to gas up or stop for food right near an on ramp to the
freeway systems. This slimeball tends to like easy targets next to the
interstate, and a quick gettaway.
