Well...you can take US 301 from exit 104 (I *think* it's 104, somewhere in that
area) up into Maryland to U.S. 50 and get back on the D.C. Beltway there.
I think it adds an hour or so to the "ideal" travel time, but when you factor
in DC traffic and the issues, it may be the smart move...assuming everybody
doesn't do it.
