[MR] More on rapier at Crusades

For all of you gearing up to attend Kingdom Crusades,

While the 3 field battles that make up the war points will
have *no* missile weapons, we will be using them for
some of the other melee scenarios.  This does include
combat archery, as long as the new guidelines are
followed (i.e. no baldars or similar blunts).  For those
unfamiliar with rapier and combat archery, come
check it out.

So please come along and be ready for fun.  Hopefully
we'll have enough fighting to make everyone happy.

There's also a bit of wyvern hunting planned.  Show
up and find out how it works.
