Unto Her Excellency Kisaiya, Baroness Sacred Stone does Lady Marryyn
Blackgroves send humble greetings.

If it pleases you, here is the Court business You conducted at the Tourney
of the Golden Moon, September 28 Anno Societatis XXXVII, being the Common
Era year 2002.

*All newcomers, for whom this was their first event, were greeted.
*All those who were born in September, stood up and were wished a happy
birthday.
*Anne Marie de Lucy was called into court and given the Flame of the
Phoenix.
*Lord Luther Josephus was called forward and given the Talon of the Phoenix.
*Countess Bera Thorbjornsdottir was called into court and inducted into the
Order of the Phoenix Eye.
*Lord Helfdane of Hawkwood was called forward and given the Flame of the
Phoenix.
*John of Hawkwood was called into court and given the Drakken’s Egg.
*Lord Ronan MacStalker was called forward and given the Baronial Award of
Excellence.
*Hrolf Asbjornsson was called forward and given the Flame of the Phoenix.
*Corbin de la Rue and Kaitlyn y Cyndyn of Meridies were called into court
and given Spirits of the Phoenix.
*Cathrine Khylea Gryphon of House Askoldsson was called forward and given a
Drakkens’ Egg.
*The autocrats, Lady Alessandra Ruscello and Lady Siobhan nic
Dhuinnshleibhe, were called forward.  They thanked their staff and the
attending populace, then gave prizes to the following gentles:
- For Friday night’s Lowland games:
- Tug-o-war vs. the Women of Hawkwood: The Men of Hawkwood (Sir Duncan,
Baron Peter, Daniel, Lord Helfdane, Xander, Lord Ronan & John)
- Tacky Kilt contest: Sorcha Searraigh
- Tacky Kilt runner up: Shadow, the dog.
- Sheep-put: Luke of Aire Faucon
- Full Contact Musical Chairs: Lady Marryyn Blackgroves
- Caber/fun-noodle toss: Lord Helfdane of Hawkwood
- For Saturday’s contests:
- A&S Best use of Gold winner: Sorcha Searraigh
- A&S best use of a Crescent winner: Lady Graciela Esperanza de Sevilla
- A&S Best use of Wool winner: Lady Susanna von Schweissguth
- Best use of Wool runner-up: Lord Helfdane of Hawkwood
- Heavy melee team winner: Clan Ebonwoulfe
- Rapier Melee team winner: The Sacred Brother/Sisterhood of the Flaming
Jackasses

Her Excellency gave personal gifts to both autocrats. Lady Alessandra was
asked to remain.
* The Order of the Sacred Stone was called forward, and Lady Alessandra
Ruscello was then inducted into the Order.
*Lady Graciela Esperanza de Sevilla was called into court and given the
Spirit of the Phoenix.
*Cayle Olafsson was then called forward and given the Flame of the Phoenix.
*Engelsvind von Nurnberg was called into court and also given the Flame of
the Phoenix.
*Her Excellency then called into her presence, the Sacred Brother/Sisterhood
of the Flaming Jackasses.  She then returned to them their “sacred relics”
and “sacred texts”, and thanked them for coming to the event.
*Lady Katherine Wulfesege and Lord Rand Wulfesege were called into court.
Lady Katherine had already left site, but both were inducted into the Order
of the Phoenix Heart.

There being no further business, court was closed.


During feast, Court was reopened.
*The Head cook, Lord Thorgrimr inn Kyrri, and his staff were called forward
and thanked for the feast.
*Her Excellency then gave Lord Thorgrimr a personal gift, and asked him to
explain the feast.  He then explained that this is the funerary feast buried
with King Midas; the process of how he found this feast; and what he
changed.

There being no further business, court was closed.


Near the end of Feast, Court was once again opened.
*Lord Vyvyan Broussard was called into court; the Order of the Phoenix Claw
was then called forward.  Lord Vyvyan was then inducted into the Claw.

There being no further business, court was closed.

This report, done by my hand, this 4th day of October AS XXXVII, is complete
and accurate to the best of my knowledge.
