A clarification:

> Take I-97 through the Baltimore Harbor Tunnel, and
> you will rejoin I-95 on
> the north side of Baltimore.

Not quite. I-97 ends at the Baltimore Beltway, so you
want to take I-97 to the 895 Spur (a left exit -- move
into the fast lane about the time you start seeing
signs for 695 (the Balto. Beltway) if you aren't in it
already).  895 will take you through the Harbor
Tunnel, and will rejoin I-95 on the other side.  Toll
through the tunnel is $1.
