[MR] Final University Notes!

Greetings!
***If you have not yet left for University, please take care and have a
safe drive.  The weather is looking very good, althought potentially a bit
warm at 87 degrees.  Skies will be a bit cloudy, but no rain is expected.
Please take caution when driving into campus, there will be signs posted
to direct you to the parking deck.  There will be "tour guides" posted
with red baldrics on to answer questions and direct you to parking.  There
is a drop off area in front of the building.  Please be courteous when
unloading - there will be people assigned to help you unload your car so
that you may quickly move it to the parking lot and allow others to
unload.  Thank you for your courtesy!

***When you arrive, please sign in at Troll, which is in the 2nd floor
Lobby of the Talley Student Center.  There will be schedules and maps for
you to pick up.

***IF YOU ARE FIGHTING - Please sign in with the MOL at the Troll table
when you arrive.

***We plan to have bagged lunches for sale in Alexander courtyard.  There
will also be menus available for those who wish to eat off campus.

***Court will be held in the courtyard at 1pm.

***BE ADVISED THAT NO LIVE STEEL IS ALLOWED ON CAMPUS.

***Site closes at 6pm.  Please plan to pack your things and be out of the
building before 6pm.  Also - please help tidy your area before you leave,
thanks!!
