[MR] Scribal stuff at University

Greetings,

The Signet's office is hosting an Open Scriptorium / Office Hours thingy at
University.  We'll be in a pavilion behind the student center.  I'll have
scrolls with me that can be delivered & I'll have info forms and a copy of
the DB so folks can check their data.  We'll also have toys and books for
scribal playing and browsing.

recently - it already needs an update, but I won't have time to do that
before Saturday.   My local copy has lots more heraldry (thanks to a
wonderful volunteer) and all of Logan and Isabel's Reign.  Expect an update
soon.

I'll be available to answer backlog questions at University.
