It's that time again!!!!!  Thier most gracious Majesties have allowed me the
opportunity to be Landcrat for Atlantia at Gulf Wars again this year.
So, it is time for me to bug you all about getting in those Gulf Wars
reservations!!!!

.....is where you will find the reservations form. If you plan to attend the
war and would like to camp with Atlantia, here is what I need you to do.....

If you are a group of any sort (household, Barony, shire, etc.)  and would
like to camp as such, please put one person in charge of collecint
information from your group and communicating with me, this will help out
tremendously!!!
If you are an individual or folks not affiliated with a group, please just
send me your information.
I need the following information from everyone:
1.Your SCA and mundane names (including kids)
2. Your tent sizes with ropes
3. Planned date of arrival
4. Have you sent in your reservation yet? Y or N
5. E-mail or phone contact information

Please remember that only staff is allowed on site on Sunday, and I will be
there to mark off the land for you all so that bright and early Monday
morning you are welcome to come and set up.
Please don't hesitate to contact me with any questions and I look forward to
another fun filled Gulf Wars!!!!!!!
