[MR] University deadline

Good Gentles,

Friday 11/15 is the published deadline for proposals for the February
University in Isenfir. With the tracks that I have committed to and other
miscellaneous classes, I believe I am full. Until all the tracks are in, I
will not know for sure.

I should not complain that so many gentles are knowledgeable and willing to
teach about so many different topics. But I will have to refuse many of your
kind offers. I do hate that I must do that. I will happily use some of the
overflow to fill vacancies as they occur near the event date.

Remember in the future, track coordinators should contact me well before the
deadline for proposals. Some did not this time and may not be scheduled.

Also, if I get more classes than I have classrooms, proposals that I
received earlier will be scheduled. So it is first come, first served.

Plan ahead for June. Location is almost set.
