[MR] Track coordinators

Good Gentles,

As I plan the February session of University, I find that a number of new
tracks have been proposed. This is wonderful.

I have not heard from some of the usual tracks. If you want to be sure you
have a space, let me know you are coordinating a track. I do not need all
the details now.

If we run out of space, I will make the decision based on who contacted me
first. At least one traditional track was not on the schedule in October
because they were late.

The deadline for final proposals is 11/15.
