An other opinion from an intermediate sewer.

If it comes down to it.  A draping and pattern drafting class would be more
useful for me, and I suspect to most of the other costumers of my level.

Directions for making a duct tape double abound, there's even an article in
"Threads" on the subject.  The directions are clear, one just needs a real
good friend.

Now draping and drafting a pattern, I need to see someone do it.  Reading the
directions on draping and then making a flat pattern ... well, that's a lot
harder for me to read the instructions and translating it into something I'd
be willing to show to the public!

Just my two cents.
