[MR] Idea for a university class

[Peters, Rise J.]

If we could get a good class going in pattern drafting and draping -- including how to develop a sloper/toile for your figure -- we could eliminate this whole question of how to modify patterns.  I think Rivkah is right on point when she talks about learning to "create her own patterns."
