The schedule for University is as follows:

9:00 Site opens
10:00 Classes begin
Noon Lunch (on-site lunch for sale)
1:00 Convocation
1:30 Classes resume
5:30 Classes end and Royal Court
6:30 Site closes for all but clean-up crew

I believe there is a post revel arranged by Misty Marsh and Hidden Mountain.
